Top Up

Here's an easy guide on how to top up your Cabal Online PH game accounts (via PlayID) through GCash. After the top up process, you can also convert the top up points into Cabal Cash so you can use it to buy from the Item Shop in the game!

How to Top Up and Convert to Cabal Cash in Playpark PH's PlayMall

1. Go to PlayMall at https://playmall.playpark.com/Login.aspx and login your account.
2. Click the TOP UP button.
3. Select GCash.
4. Choose the denomination: Php 100, 500, 1000, 3000, or 5000, then click Top up button.
5. The screen will redirect to GCash payment channel.
• Enter your GCash number and click Next.
• Enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile number and click Next.
• Enter your 4-digit MPIN and click Next.
• Verify if the amount, then click Pay Php ___ button.
• Payment will be processed after this. You can either click Proceed button or wait for the page to redirect. 
6. The screen will redirect back to your PlayID account. The top up amount should now reflect on the top right corner of the screen.
7. Click Cabal PC (Philippines) image to start converting your top up point to Cabal Cash.
8. Select the amount you want to convert: 20, 50, 75, 100, 200, etc.
9. Click Confirm button. The popup notification should say "You have successfully purchased XXX Cash. Click Close button.
10. The converted amount should now be deducted from your top up points. 
11. The Cabal Cash should now reflect in the game.
• Login to the game, then click Item Shop icon on the bottom left of the game screen.
• The Item Shop screen will open.
• The Cabal Cash amount is displayed on the top right next to the C icon.
