After a few incidents of downtime and extended maintenance after its launching last April 18, 2013, LEVEL UP! PLAY was now operational and available to the public as of 2:30PM of April 20, 2013.

Again, LEVEL UP! PLAY is the new account management and top-up system. All E-games accounts has been transferred from the E-games system to this new one.
- Users of Cabal, RAN, Point Blank, Audition and Bandmaster can now manage and top-up the game accounts.
- Also, the Helpdesk and Community forums were also up, so gamers can already file a ticket as well.
