How to File a Ticket in Level Up! Play Helpdesk?

1. Login to Level Up! Playhttps://levelupplay.ph > redirecting to https://play.levelupgames.ph

2. Click "Support" on the upper right side of the page.

3. Click the button "File New Ticket" on the center of the page.

4. From the dropdown menus, select:

Game/Service = Cabal
Category =
  1. Account
  2. General Inquiry
  3. Inquiry
  4. Technical
Area (under Account category) =
  1. Account Retrieval
  2. Blocked Accounts
  3. Cabal Cash Concerns
  4. Cards/E pins unable to top up
  5. Pin Code related concerns
  6. Prize related concerns
  7. Sub password
  8. Voucher codes / Conversion Concerns
Area (under Technical category) =
  1. Character bug
  2. Connectivity/Lag Issues
  3. Installation/Patches
  4. IP Blocked concerns
  5. Item bug

5. Type the details of your report and queries on the space provided then click "Submit"

6. Take note and COPY your TICKET ID. You will need that to check the status of the report you filed and in order to see the reply of the helpdesk agent.

7. To check your ticket status, click the "Support Button" again, then type or paste the Ticket ID on the Search Ticket box then click "Search Ticket"

  2. what do you mean how to reply? if already receive a reply from the ticket that you previously sent, you can file another ticket for follow up/reply... you can also send the ticket ID of the your previous ticket so they can back track your case.

  4. Sir Dandie nag file na ako ng ticket halos 5 days na no reply pa rin??? Hirap mag retrieve ng password from e-games to lvl up... babalik pa naman ako sa paglalaro... hays

  5. sa https://play.levelupgames.ph na po ang bagong portal kung saan tayo pwede magfile ng ticket at magchange password... well.. about sa tagal kung kelan sila magrereply, depende talaga un sa kanila... check mo na lang palagi ung ticket sa levelup!play portal..

  9. sir dandie pls help nmn po, sir ung ticket ko po ang tagal na wala paren reply please pa follow-up po. prang wala ata kwenta ung nakipag merge kau sa new management eh CXO-CK7n1-223, YOP-3UcB7-257, SRR-HZBXS-753 yan na po mga nagawa kong tickets.. pero hanggang ngaun wla paren sagot.. drivers license ko na at id sa company ni attach ko ala paren sagod hays... ung 3 tickets na iyan po same lng ng patungong problem e2ng ticket na ito CXO-CK7n1-223, nkalagay napo jan ung secret answer ko tapos drivers license ko at company id. help mo nmn ako sir dandie last 2009-2010 po ang huli kong nilaro yan nalimutan ko lahat eh pero ung lvl ng char ko at name ng username at name ng char alam ko pa po, account pass and 2nd pass lng po limot ko kasi dko ren alam kung anong email ko nai-reg ung account na iyan thanks po marami.

  11. Hello idol! kung wala pong lumabas na ticket ID, ibig sabihin hindi po na-submit ang ticket mo... dapat kasi lalabas siya sa list ng ticket mo sa Support section ng LevelUp! Play portal... so dapat po isubmit mo ulet...

  12. @Danilo Domingo -- well.. wala po tayo magagawa kundi maghintay ng reply nila... kami man ngayon ay nagfile ng ticket para sa nawala naming cabal cash at hanggang ngayon ay wala pa ring reply... isa pa po, kayo lang po ang pwede magview ng ticket ID and ticket details niyan, kasi magvview lang yan gamit ang inyong account...

  14. sir dan, may naka solve na po ba ung about sa pag update ng accnt at kinukuha ung accnt pin? kasi parehas kami ng prob eh, nag top up ako 140, tapos convert ko sa cabal cash, wala nmn na.. d nmn ako makapag file ng ticket para pabalik ung cash ko, gen2 lagi ang cnasabi.. "Your profile must be updated first before you will be able to use this feature. Click here to update your profile" please tell me kung nagawan na ng paraan e2.. salamat in advance...

    kailangan mo ienter ulet yung pin mo don sa profile page, kasama na rin ung name, address... need mo siya iupdate para pwede na magfile ng ticket ang account mo..

  17. magfile ka ng ticket gamit ka ng ibang account, tapos magrequest ka ng pincode reset para mabago ang password or marecover ang pin mo....

  18. ask ko lng blocked account ako due to subpass failure ndi ko alam kung sino nag open ng account ko mga 4 months na ako nag try block pa din my pic ako ng chracter ko sa fb and nag fifile ako ticket kaso d ko makita ticket id e please help my account

  21. meron dapat un idol... click mo yung support button tapos makikita mo ung list ng mga ticket na finile mo... may color code ung kapag bagong file na ticket nakalagay isa "New" tas color green...

  24. Same lang po ba pag http://supportcenter.levelupgames.ph/ dito nag file ng ticket? I'm not sure po kasi kung kailangan ko din gumawa ng ticket sa https://play.levelupgames.ph/helpdesk.

    Sa RAN po ako nung sinelect ko sa dropdown menu yung Ran lumabas yung pop up containing the first link. Baka po maban ako pag nag submit ako sa helpdesk, not sure.
    Need ko po yung pincode ko para mag change pass e.

  27. hindi po ako GM ng CABAL :) hindi po ako nagpprocess ng mga blockec accounts... for this kind of issues... you may file a ticket in Level Up! Play Helpdesk :)

  29. yahoomail ba ang email niyan? kung yahoomail kasi, may prob ata sila with yahoomail.. hindi na fforward doon ung confirmation ng forgot pasword... gawa ka na lang po ng bagong account at magfile doon ng ticket..

  32. magreretrieve ka ba ng account? ganon talaga yon.. may papasagutan sayo na mga questions about sa account mo at kelangan mo mag-attach scan ng 2 vaid IDs...

  37. sir dan..ask lng po ako about sa ticket filing...successfull nmn po yung pag file ko at e2 yung sabi "Your ticket has been created and a copy has been sent to you via email" e pano ko pa yan malalaman at san ako pupunta para malaman kung ano reply nila at diba requirer yung ticket ID?san ko pa yan mkikita ang ticket ID na yan..nka file na ako pero di ko alam yung ticket ID ko..sana po ma tulungan nyo po ako sir dandiely..more power po..SALAMAT

  39. Sir,,, gusto ko kc mabawi yung subpassword ko kc na scam ako,, ngayun ganito ginawa nia:

    ask nia eto:
    character name
    lvl
    HR

    tapos binigay ko nmn,, ngayun nung inoopen ko na account ko,, d q na maopen kc mali yung subpass ko,, tanong ko lng ser!,, anu ginawa nia at bket nagkaganun yung account ko?...

    hmm ask ko din,, d q kc alam yung helpdesk so its better ba na magpunta ako sa main office ng lvlup pra mapa reset ko yung subpass ko?? agad ba nila na matutulungan nila ako>? maraming salamat po

  40. yep of course... agad ka nila matutlungan kung pupunta ka sa mismong office ng level up... be sure na dala mo ang mga ID mo dahil ivverify nila doon kung sayo ang account na iniinquire mo..

Bakit di aku makapasok sa level-up site? sure nman po aku sa user at pass na nilagay ko di parin po pumapasok.. may nakalagay din account has been blocked due to multiple log-in failure.. Pati dn po sa cabal di ko maipasok user at pass ko.. after 5x log-in attempts ko block na po ID ko.. panu po ba 2 sir?

  42. @entben-- kasi nga, nablocked na ung account mo dahil sa multiple login failure. ibig sabihin, paulit ulit ka naglologin pero mali ang password mo... pwede mo ulet itry, pero malamang yan blocked pa rin.. ibig sabihin niyan, nabago ang password mo.. kailangan mong gumawa ng bagong account at magfile ka ng ticket para bawiin ang account mo na nablocked.

Pero lagi lng po nkalagay after mo isend ung request mo "the ticket has been created" eh wla naman po nkalagay na ticket dun eh .. tska panu po un once po ba na mrecover ung account wla na po lahat ng items nun ?! i nid ur response asap .. tnx sir !

  47. Sir Dandie simula ng nagumpisa ang levelup diko na ma open account ko :(
    pero hanggang ngaun alam ko parin secret question at subpass ng aking account pero email at password ng aking cabal limot kona kasi 1 year na diko na ma open ang aking cabal.Nag try ako ng write mail sa Character Name ko andon naman siya halatang walang gumagamit kasi ganon parin ung level niya. Ngaun lang ako humingi ng tulong kasi namiss ko ng mag laro ng cabal.

    plss help po kung anong dapat gawin sa account ko pra makalaro na ako ulit
