Just this Monday, May 27, 2013, Cabal PH Team announced on their official Facebook page that there were account suspensions made to users found to be using BOT/HACK programs - or the so-called third-party-programs.
If your account has been suspended and you encountered the same login prompt error, you can file a HELPDESK TICKET follow up and discover why your account has been blocked.
