FAQ about NEW Level Up! Customer Support System

Do I need to register for a new account in the NEW Level Up! Customer Support System?
  • YES. Since this a new and independent system from the LU! PLAY and MyLevelUp! Customer Support systems, you will have to register for a new LU! Customer Support account OR you can use your Facebook, Twitter or Google+ account to safely and securely login to our new system.
What will happen to my previously-filed tickets both in MyLU! CS and LU! PLAY CS?
  • All your filed tickets will still be in both your MyLevelUp! And LU! Play CS Systems until April 4, Friday. NEW tickets should be filed via our new Level Up! Customer Support System.
How long can I check the status of my old tickets?
  • You can still view and access your tickets in both MyLU! CS and LU! PLAY CS until April 4, 2014 at 11:59PM. After which both of these systems will be deactivated and will no longer be available.
How about old tickets that are not yet resolved in MyLU! CS and LU! PLAY CS?
  • We will do our best to resolve old tickets as soon as possible, but we still highly advise that you follow up your unresolved tickets through our NEW Level Up! Customer Support system by stating the number of your unresolved ticket for easy tracking.
