Three days more and 2015 is over - and a new year is coming!

But before the year ends, there were some issues going on with game connectivity.
Common issue, eh?

Scheduled Server Maintenance

The regular server maintenance was conducted on December 23, 2015. Then two days later, on the day of Christmas, disconnection issues has been escalated by PLDT and Globe subscribers (local internet providers). I wasn't able to try logging in on that day using my Globe internet, though.

Emergency Maintenance Notice

At 1:20PM, the Cabal PH Team posted on their Facebook page that they will conduct an emergency maintenance to resolve the issue.

At 5:45PM, the servers were up, but it seems like there were still gamers who can't connect.

Connectivity Issue Advisory

By 7:00PM on December 26, 2015, the Cabal PH Team posted again that they are coordinating with PDLT and Globe regarding the problem (so it seems like it is yet to be resolved). Further advisories will then be posted at Playpark PH's Facebook page.

Compensation for Downtime

Posted December 23, 2015:

To make up for the prolonged downtime, the following items are available at the Item Shop for 0 Cabal Cash (or FREE) as a compensation package for everyone. Users can claim once per account until December 31, 2015 only.

While for those who purchase durational items that expired during the downtime, the players need to send a ticket with screenshot of purchase history (can be viewed in Item Shop) and will be reviewed by the GM Team if it will be compensated for a 2-day extension or item replacement.
