Regarding the current ISP issues, please be aware that the CABAL PH team is working closely with the PLDT's technical team and that the issue is not related to any Playpark services, but to PLDT Ultera itself.
Compensation packages will also be released soon so please stay updated by tuning in to CABAL PH Facebook, or CABAL PH Official Forums.

Latest update, the PLDT Technical teamis still working on resolving the log-in and connection issues of Ultera subscribers. It has been verified that the issue is not related to any Playpark services, but to PLDT Ultera itself.
