Server Merge Guidelines: Jupiter and Saturn Players' Must Read!

We all know that the third and 4th server merge are tentatively set by the fourth quarter of 2016(might change without prior notice). I strongly advised that you read through the details below so you don't lose your characters and if you got any other questions, you may see forum discussion here and post your queries.
Servers to be Merged:

• Jupiter to Draco (Final Server Name: Draco)
• Saturn to Orion (Final Server Name: Orion)

What does it mean? 

• Jupiter will be transferred to Draco, the merge will only affect the Jupiter players.
• On the other hand, Saturn will be moved to Orion, the merge will only affect the Saturn players.

Server Merge Guidelines and Conditions

What will happen to our Characters?

• Limitation on creating new characters
• Limits new character creation from (at least) a week before the server merge.
• Character Name
• All Characters shall have the number of the original server attached in the end [example] dandiely6 (Jupiter = Server 6).
• Rename Card Item given to all moved characters (by Mail).
• Rename Card must be used within 1 month period (Item will disappear after the given period).
• Having more than 6 characters in both servers
• Character with the higher level will have higher priority to remain on the user's character slot in the new server.
• If 2 or more characters have the same level, the one that has more EXP will have higher priority to remain on the user's character slot in the new server.
• In the of identical level and EXP, the one that have earlier create date and time will have higher priority to remain on the user's character slot in the new server.
• Saint's Forcecalibur
• Saint's Forcecalibur will be transferred with the character .
• Buddy List
• Registered buddy list will be transferred with character.
• Edited character name will be applied on the buddy list automatically.
• Deleted characters during the server merge will be deleted from the buddy list automatically.
• Mail
• Every mail will be transferred with character.
• Mail of deleted characters will be deleted as well.
• Inventory
• All items in inventory will be carried over with characters
• Cash Inventory is Account-based anyway

What will happen to our Nationality / Faction?

• Nation: Capella or Procyon
• Nation Info will be carried over as they were.
• Black Transmuter (30 Days) given to all characters who completed the scenario quest group "War Cloud" in order to change the nation of your character to your desired one.
• Title/Achievement
• All titles will be carried over except Bringer.
• Shared Achievements of a server with lower total level of characters will be deleted.
• Score for Bringer Title will be reset.

What will happen to our Guild?

• Guild Name
• All moved guild name shall have the number of the original server attached in the end [example] JupiterGuild6 (Jupiter = Server 6).
• Guild Rename Card will be provided to the guild masters (by Mail, costs 0 Alz).
• Guild Info
• Guild Emblem, level, member list, warehouse will be transferred as it is.
• Deleted characters during server merge will be deleted from the member list as well.
• Guild Board
• Cannot be used anymore
• Novice Guild
• All characters in the Novice guild will be transferred to new novice guild in new server.

What will happen to Warehouse?

• Warehouse Slots
• Warehouse tabs can be merged only if all items are in 1st - 4th tab. (In other words, items in 5th - 8th tab will be eliminated and won't be ABLE TO USE the warehouse at all).
• Characters will get disconnected when attempting to open their warehouse.
• CABAL PH Team will not be responsible for the loss of any items items during the merge.
• Items in 5th - 8th tab must be moved into 1st - 4th tab to prevent the loss.
• Every user will have total of 8 tabs after the merge. (1st - 4th from Draco/Orion, and 1st - 4th tabs from Jupiter/Saturn)
• After the merge, 5th - 8th tabs will be only allow to take out items but not add in.

What will happen to Agent Shop?

• Agent Shop Slot
• Agent Shop slots can be merged only if all items are in 1st - 15th slot.
• (In other words, items in 16th - 30th slot will be eliminated)
• Items in 16th - 30th slot must be moved into 1st - 15th slot to prevent the loss.
• Warehouse tabs can be merged only if all items are in 1st - 4th tab.
• (In other words, items in 5th - 8th tab will be eliminated and won't be ABLE TO USE the warehouse at all).
• Items registered before the server merge
• Items in agent shop will need to be re-registered to be able to be searched.
• Extra Agent Shop Slots Blessing Bead sold
• Since temporary Agent shop slots are already in use(Extra Agent Shop Slots Blessing Bead), temporary Agent Shop slots CANNOT be used.
• In this case, just like Character slots, Agent Shop slots of a server with lower total level of character will be DELETED.

What will happen to Mission War?

• National Reward (Flag War bonus)
• No national reward right after the server merge

Temporarily Disabled Functions

• The following functions will be disabled after server maintenance (Date to be announced). These functions will be enabled shortly after server merge is complete.
• Account Transfer Service
• Server Transfer Service
• Character Creation
• Wormhole Generator
• Blessing Bead – Warehouse (No. 4)
• Blessing Bead – Warehouse (No. 5)
• Blessing Bead – Warehouse (No. 6)
• Blessing Bead – Warehouse (No. 7)
• Blessing Bead – Warehouse (No. 8)

Other Notes:

If servers are merged, for users who have characters in both servers, number of Warehouse and Agent Shop slots will increase temporarily. However, because temporarily increased slots cannot be expanded any further for future use, make sure to whether to have users empty out their items from warehouses and agent shops or not before the merge.

Scenario 1: Characters

If a player has 6 characters on both servers.

Draco: All Level and EXP is MAXED OUT. However, with low Honor Rank.

Question:
Which Characters will be retained or carried over to the New Server?

Answer:

• Characters with the highest level will be retained regardless of HONOR.
• Characters with the lowest level will be eliminated regardless of HONOR.

Scenario 2: 7th Character Slot Activated

If a player has 7 characters on Neptune and has 6 character slots in Mars. (Merge Condition Applies)

Draco:

• Slot 1: Character Lvl 160
• Slot 2: Character Lvl 170
• Slot 3: Character Lvl 180
• Slot 4: Character Lvl 190
• Slot 5: Character Lvl 200
• Slot 6: Character Lvl 200
• Slot 7: (Not Activated)

Jupiter:

• Slot 1: Character Lvl 79
• Slot 2: Character Lvl 109
• Slot 3: Character Lvl 139
• Slot 4: Character Lvl 139

Question:
What will happen to the 7th character and character slot?

Answer:
Since the user activated the 7th slot, 7 characters will remain from the highest to lowest level. For example, 200, 200, 200, 190, 180, 170, 160 will be left.

Question:
Can the 7th slot be carried over to Orion?

Answer:
It will be carried over to Orion. Plus, if a user has 7th slot on both servers (Mars and Neptune), it will be compensated (TBA).

Scenario 3: Same Levels and Latest Character Creation

If a player has 6 characters on Neptune and has 6 character slots in Mars. (Merge Condition Applies)

Draco: ALL with MAX Level and EXP

• Slot 1: Character Lvl 200
• Slot 2: Character Lvl 200
• Slot 3: Character Lvl 200
• Slot 4: Character Lvl 200
• Slot 5: Character Lvl 200

Jupiter: ALL with MAX Level and EXP

Question:
Which characters will be retained since all have same LEVEL and same EXP and what will be the basis for elimination?

Answer:
As a rule, when both characters have same Level and same EXP, the character that created from the latest date will be eliminated.

Question:
Will the system eliminate the Lv 190 in Draco?

Answer:
Yes it will be eliminated since it is the lowest level among 13 characters.

Question:
Which character from Jupiter will then replace the eliminated Level 190 from Draco?

Answer:
Among 13 characters above, it will be deleted in the order of Level, and if both characters have same level then it goes to EXP, and to the last as Date created.
