Cabal Online PH Downtime | November 2016

UPDATE: SERVER'S UP NOVEMBER 28, 9:00 PM

After the server maintenance last Nov 24, 2016 at 5PM, naka-experienced ng downtime ang buong Cabal PH community. The GM team posted an announcement sa Facebook kinabukasan:

Attention CABALists,
We are aware of the existing intermittent connection some of our players may be experiencing. Our technical team is working to resolve this, we'll let you know once any update is available.

Attention Gamers!
We are aware of the existing intermitent connection some of you may be experiencing while playing our games, Audition, Cabal, Assault Fire and Perfect World due to the massive traffic from yesterday's launch and DDOS attacks on our system. Our technical team is already working to resolve this and will post updates when availble.
LU card top-up on PlayMall will also be temporarily closed.

So, may nag-DDOS attack daw sa sa system ng Playpark, and at the same time, nagkaroon ng massive traffic sa network ng games dahil sa launch ng CBT ng Special Force.

Gamers,
Troubleshooting is ongoing, we sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Rest assured that our team is working 'round the clock to resolve the issue the soonest possible time.
For affected games (Cabal, Assault Fire, Audition and Perfect World), players will receive a compensation package upon issue resolution.
Please stay tuned for updates.

Dahil sa announcement na ito, mainit na mainit ang topic sa forums regarding sa DC + login issues since Thursday night. As of this writing (Nov. 27 2016, 4:32 PM), wala pa ring balita kung mag-u-up na ang Cabal PH.

Based sa mga nababasa ko sa forums today, may mga ilang nakalogin na pero na-DC rin kaagad after seconds or few minutes. So sana senyales na ito na malapit na maayos ng tech team ang issue. :)

Yun lang mga mga CABALista! Tumutok lang sa mga channels ng Playpark PH Facebook, Cabal PH Facebook, sa Cabal PH Forums, or sa Facebook page ko para sa ano mang updates. I-chika ko sa inyo kapag may nabalitaan ako ulit.

Attention PW, Audition, AF, and Cabal gamers!
Out technical team with the support of our developers will conduct a network troubleshooting procedure. You might experience intermittent connection and disconnection when playing PW, AUDI, and AF. Playmall top-up will also be affected.

Attention Gamers!
We are continuing to work on resolving the DDOS attacks that are currently affecting the service of Cabal, and causing occasional disconnection in Audition, Perfect World and Assault Fire. Compensation packages are already in the works for affected games and will be given after the issue is fixed.
While waiting for the fix, do visit the Cabal Online Forum to take part in the community activities prepared for you. (http://forums.cabal.com.ph)

Samantala, habang on-going ang forum event (1 PM), biglang nag-up ang Cabal at maraming nakalogin. Subalit bigla ulit na-DC ang lahat bago mag 2 PM). Wala pang official announcement from Cabal PH team kaya naman hindi pa siguro stable ang server connection.

Natapos naman ang forum event ng 3 PM.

Thank you for bearing with us as we faced and tried to resolve the recent DDOS attacks. We've implemented a fix and our servers are now up.
We're continuously monitoring the situation and would like your help to do so. Once the login problem is completely resolved, we will be providing everyone with downtime compensation packages.
For exhausted rental items, you may file for a compensation or duration increase in ibox support.
