Heto ang recap ng explanation ni GM Kiel sa Playpark Live Stream video nitong September 29, 2017. Ang detalye tungkol sa random banning, divine upgrade failure, new additions sa FG Patch Part 2, Champions of Nevareth, at mga coming soon items gaya ng New Server, New Website, at upcoming Episode 18.

Walang Random Banning

Sabi ni GM Kiel, hindi totoo ang random banning. Heto ang ilan sa mga na-mention niya na maaaring maging dahilan para ma-block ang inyong account:

• Extreme tweaks or abuse ng macro
• Hindi pagsagot sa image verification code / captcha kapag naka-AFK ng matagal
• Modification or alteration ng Cabal UI or files

Clarification on Divine Upgrade Failure

May mga players na nagsasabing mababasag daw ang items kapag nagfail ang divine upgrade dahil sa lumilitaw na "Item destroyed" sa possible results. Pero ang sabi ni GM Kiel, hindi mababasag ang items. Ang posible lang maging resulta ay mareset or madowngrade ang divine level mismo. Maaaring ipaayos na lang nila ang text para hindi maka-confuse sa players.

How to retrieve blocked account?

1. Maaaring ma-retrieve ang inyong account basta sa inyo nakapangalan ang account.
2. If ang pangalan na ginamit ninyong pang-register ay gawa-gawa lang, maaari kang magpasa ng mga top up card numbers na ni-load mo sa account na iyon upang maging patunay na ikaw ang gumagamit ng account.
