How to Migrate from LUPlay to PlayID Account

Let's talk about PlayID migration.

What is PlayID Migration?

Old CABAL accounts from LUplay will be migrated to PlayID account.

Scheduled launch of migration is May 18, 2021.
Players can start migrating the game accounts on May 19, 2021.

This migration is for Playpark Play / LU Play accounts only. Google/Facebook ID are not applicable.

Are we Required to Migrate Our CABAL Accounts?

Yes, we are required to migrate our LUplay accounts to PlayID. 

What Should I Do Before Migrating my Account?

Save details/screenshots/videos of your characters (info and titles), items (inventory and warehouse), skills and game stats in case of bugs, so that you have references when you need to file a ticket. Take a look at this video sample by DYLAN Plays.

PlayID Migration Guide

1. Open the link https://welcome.playpark.com/cabal/ and log in to your PlayPark Play (LUplay) account you wish to migrate.
2. After logging in, if you have remaining e-points or LU credits, it's required to convert them all to CABAL Cash.
3. After converting, you will be prompted to the PlayID account - this will be the account where you will migrate your LUplay account.
• This new PlayID account should not have any Cabal account or used to login to Cabal.
• If you don't have a PlayID account, click the Sign Up button to register a new account.
4. Once you logged in to the PlayID account, all your characters and their info from both servers.
• Read the Terms of Service
• Put a check ✅ before clicking the [Migrate Now] button. 
5. After clicking the [Migrate Now] button, you will receive a message that your migration is successful.
6. You may now log in to your PlayID account to Cabal PH.

Reminders

• Once you migrate from Playpark Play to PlayID, you cannot migrate it again to another PlayID account.
• You cannot use the same PlayID account to migrate another PlayPark Play account, too.
• Migration has been tested prior to launch.

Other Questions

What will Happen if the old Playpark Play Account was not Migrated?
Accounts that were not migrated will be removed/deleted.

What if I can no longer access my old email address from my game account?

Upon migrating, you will be using the new PlayID account that you will create, so no need to worry about the old email address. You will be using the new email address you create for your PlayID account.

Will there be changes in character names?

No. All characters will be the same after migration.

Will my characters, items, stats, levels be affected during the migration?

No. But to be sure, save screenshots of your character's details.

How can I login to my account after migration?

You will no longer use the username/password option. To login to your newly migrated PlayID account, you will be using the PlayID button to open the login window. 

What if my account is currently for bailout?

Bailout your account first before migrating to PlayID.

Advantages of Migrating to PlayID

Playpark Play uses the old top up system (16 digits card number). We need to file tickets in order to replace the top up cards from 14-digit Razer Gold back to the old Playpark credits. Upon migration, we no longer need to request replacement of tpo up card numbers.
