Warning: Anomaly Detected! #CABALverse

On November 25, 2022, Playpark's Cabal Online PH (PC game) and Cabal Mobile Facebook pages changed their profile and cover photos at the same time with the photo and caption: #CABALverse.

Both pages also posted the same video with the description: Warning ☢️ Anomaly detected #CABALverse.

What could #CABALverse possibly mean? 👀

Most players from both games are sharing all their ideas and speculations through the comments and reaction videos/vlogs. Let me show you some of the theories that I gathered so far.

Cross-platform — Wherein you can play your Cabal PC account in mobile device, or vice versa (play Cabal M in desktop). But we all know they are built with different platforms and engine (?). Is this really plausible? We need expert pointers from game developers themselves.

PC and mobile server merge — But the question is, which servers are merging? Mobile and PC servers? Both games currently have different content/patch and game platform. Which makes the next theory questionable.

Episode 31 or new dungeon — However, Cabal M is still far behind the latest episode that's already implemented to Cabal PC. How can Cabal M keep up? Will they advance the patch for the mobile game?

Server merge of all SEA games — Another speculation is that all games in Southeast Asia will merge (Cabal Thai, Vietnam, South Korea, Philippines, I'm not sure if there are other regions aside from these).

International server merge — Another merging that involves servers in EU or NA. I'm not sure if Cabal M is available in EU and NA. Maybe a global opening of Cabal M (SEA) to these regions? But how about the PC game?

NFT — Some players even speculated that it could be something about NFT. If guys can still remember, Playpark announced their new logo and branding in January 2022, wherein they also mentioned that they are preparing to step into the new era of game publishing by applying Blockchain technology and NFT. So... it might be, or not.

Dragonium x Demonite — The red planet as symbol of Dragonium (new equipment grade) and the blue planet as Demonite. It seems like a good idea as well. Have you seen Mr. Wormy's dragonium set?

New server with cross-platform capability — this is by far another good idea. Merging both games with different content and system is probably a pain in the neck for game devs, but creating a new one with the same content and platform is more likely be workable or achievable. Disclaimer: I'm not a game developer so I'm not sure if this idea is really possible, it's just a good guess. I've heard this unique idea from Alamat PLAYZ while searching for reaction videos.

Some Random Witty / Funny / Sarcastic Ideas

Of course, the theories don't end with all logic and serious guesses. Here are some funny thoughts about the #CABALverse teaser.

Cabal M will be playable in emulator — Why emulator, if it can be played as PC game in a cross-platform setting? 😂

Cabal M is ending — Some gamers think the mobile will close (and what, migrate to Cabal PC?) 

The end is near — Like seriously folks, so many players of all generations are enchanting this debuff since the beginning of Cabal time. Hahaha! The evasion is extremely high! Ayaw kumagat ah! 😂
