How to Top Up Playpark Load in Playpark Play
- Go to: https://play.playpark.ph
- Enter your username and password, then click Sign In button.
- On the left side, click the Top Up (Cabal).
- Enter the Card Code / Serial Number and the Card Pin.
- Click Top Up button to proceed.
How to Convert the Playpark Load / Credits to CABAL Cash
- Click + CABAL Conversion button.
- Enter the amount you want to convert.
- Click Convert button to proceed.
- Wait for the confirmation message to appear.
- Click Logout button.
- Login to the game and check if the load has been credited to your game account.
Frequently Asked Questions About Playpark Play
Do the Play Credits have an expiry date?
Yes. As far as I can remember, the load will expire after 30 or 60 days from the date of top up.
Can I Check my Transaction History?
Transaction History is not available in Playpark Play.
My Account Login is via PlayID / Facebook / Google
If your account login is via PlayID / Facebook / Google, you need to top up in PlayMall.
Where can I Buy Playpark Load?
This is a temporary process until the new top up system has been fully integrated to the account system.
- Player must file a ticket via E-Support.
- Go to E-Support page
- Select: Cabal PH
- In Choose a Problem, select: Top Up Problems / Cash Topup / Purchases
- Select your game login (Other ID).
- In Problem type, select: Top Up Problems / Cash Topup / Purchases
- Answer the details needed.
- In the description, explain the problem or concern.
- Click CONFIRM.
- Save the Ticket ID. You will also receive an email from E-Support.
- Once the transaction was confirmed and verified, a replacement Playpark Pin will be given to the customer/player.
- Processing time: 3 to 5 days
Converted CABAL Cash is not Showing in my Game Account
- Log out from the game and re-login again.
- Press N on your keyboard to launch the in-game cash shop.
- Click the Refill button.
- If the CABAL Cash is still not showing, you may need to file a ticket in E-Support.
i will convert it to Cabal Cash even if i top up for my Point Blank account? i top up yesterday and it does not reflect on my Point Blank account. my EP is still "0" even if i top up using a "level up prepaid card".
ReplyDeletesir, you dont have to convert it to cabal cash because if you do, you have to use it in your cabal game account... try to clear your internet browser's cache and try to check the EP again on the site. if it still dont reflect on your account, i suggest you file a ticket so the customer service team can look into your concern. thanks!

Deletesame din po sakin, yung dalawang card na 100p pumasok pero yung 50 hindi. same error message din po. napalitan ko na din yung 0 at o pero same error message. tsaka saaan po makikita ang expiration ng card? mukang wala namn pong nakalagay sa card mismo. TY sa magrereply

Deletesame din po sakin 100, nag invalid ppcard, tues ako nagpaload pero now ko lang naalala i-top up. wala naman nakalagay na expiration date sa message pag nagload ka

Try this:
DeleteSa in-game, press N sa keyboard, the N shop will appear.
Click the "Refill" button. It will open the Item Shop. Minsan need lang ng ganyan.
sir yung 500 balance ko sa playpark pag kinoconvert ko di sya nakokoconvert sa EP 1st time ko po kasi ! pano kaya yun walang napupunta sa cabal ko pero yung balance ko 500 padin plsss help po!
