How to File Ticket in Level Up! Support Center

Starting April 1, 2021, we will no longer use iBox Support.
To file a ticket regarding your CABAL PH game account or to report any game-related issue or bugs, please file a ticket at Playpark E-Support. Here's a guide on how to file ticket in E-Support.

1. Create an account in Level Up! Support Center.
You can also log in using your Facebook, Twitter or Google Account.


2. Once logged in, click on the orange button "Create a Ticket".
Fill up the form (as shown below), attach the necessary files, then Submit.


The "Help up Categorize your concern" will have the following options:
  • Account Retrieval
  • Cabal Bail Out Inquiries
  • Prize Follow-up
  • Event Inquiries
  • Event Shop Concerns
  • Technical Problems
  • Top-up and Billing
  • Where to buy Cards/EPINS?
  • Report a Bug
  • Report a Player
  • Other

    In line to your concern, kindly provide 2 scanned valid IDs (We need government issued IDs such as SSS, NBI clearance, PRC, Drivers License, Passport and Birth Certificate with NSO seal.) for account verification. Kindly make sure that your attachment is clear enough for us to see the details.

    If you are still a student, you can send us the original scanned image of your most recent School ID and your Birth Certificate with NSO seal.

    And for additional verification, please provide information listed below:

    1) Username:
    2) Server:
    3) Character name:
    4) Level:
    5) Registered Email Address:
    6) Registered Secret Question and Answer:
    7) Registered Contact Number:
    8) New Email Address (preferably GMAIL):

    This case will go through our standard verification process once you have accomplished the request above.

    Please be reminded that if we do not receive a reply or feedback from you within a week, our system might automatically close your ticket, and we will presume that you have lost interest in pursuing this request.

    Sir Dan saan at paano ma send ang scanned image ng aking school ID and B.C ko ?
    Ano ang aking ilalagay sa Registered email address kasi limot kona.
    Tungkol naman to sa Registered Question and Answer at Registered contact # , ano ang aking ilalagay jan ? second owner po kasi ako sa account na un eh binili ko un Lvl.50 palang tas ako na nag continue haggang dumating Lvl.173

  3. sa description naman, dun mona eexplain kung ano ung kelangan mo... example: limot mo na email mo so magrrequest ka na iupdate yung account mo sa bago mong email, bigay mo ung details ng account mo, tska ung bgo mong email..

  6. di naman sila nagrereply ilang linggo na yung ticket ko tapos gumawa pako isa para mag follow up wala pa din :(
