How to Reset Character Inventory SubPassword in Cabal PH

Did you forgot your character inventory password, or would like to change it? Here is a step-by-step guide to reset the inventory subpassword in your Cabal Online game account.
Step 1:

1. On your character inventory, click the lock icon on the upper right corner of the inventory (above the bike/board slot)
2. Try to change the character inventory by answering the inventory's secret question.
3. If you cannot remember the answer, follow Step 2.

Step 2:

File a ticket for character inventory subpassword reset - go to E-Support page. Here's a guide on how to file ticket in E-Support.

1. Go to E-Support page
2. Select: Cabal PH
3. In Choose a Problem, select: Change Information
4. Select your game ID or login method.
5. In Problem type, select: Request to Unblock Second Password
6. Answer the details needed.
7. In the description, explain the problem or concern.
8. You may need to send a scan/photo of valid ID for account verification.
9. Click CONFIRM.
10. Save the Ticket ID. You will also receive an email from E-Support.
