Here are two guides:
If you forgot your subpassword in your Cabal Online account or would like to change it:
- Login your account in-game.
- In character selection screen, click the LOCK button on the upper right corner of the character list
- Subpassword box will appear.
- Click CHANGE SUBPASSWORD button to change your subpassword.
- Answer the secret question.
- If you cannot remember the answer, file a ticket for subpassword reset (follow the instructions below).
- Go to E-Support page
- Select: Cabal PH
- In Choose a Problem, select: Change Information
- Select your game ID or login method.
- In Problem type, select: Unblock subpass
- Answer the details needed.
- In the description, explain the problem or concern.
- You may need to send a scan/photo of valid ID for account verification.
- Click CONFIRM.
- Save the Ticket ID. You will also receive an email from E-Support.

DeleteHello. Ask ko lang if marerecover ko account ko. Nakipagtransact kasi ako na sell account and na scam ako. Napalitan yung subpass ko pero na logout ko immediately. Di ko sure kung natangay items ko pero ang mahalaga mabawi ko account ko. Matutulungan naman siguro nila ako kahit ganun yung reason no? Nasakin pa lahat ng proof ng top up ko
ReplyDeleteThat's why you SHOULD NOT sell your account. You can file a ticket para un mga GM na mag-imbestiga sa concern mo.

Gusto ko ulit kc maglaro ng Cabal ang masama pa nalimot ko na din kung saang email ko naipasok yung account ko.I've been playing this acccount matagal na back year 2008 pa main character is FB 162lvl kaya mahirap pag nagulit ako. baka po may paraan i send sa akin yung subpass ko. Naglalaro na ako ng Cabal simula pa ng nagstart ang cabal kaya old na talga yung account ko. Pakitulungan po ako.. Salamat
