As usual, here's another how-to blog post about the iBox Support of Playpark PH and how to file a ticket using this support system! For this post, I will only show the filing options that are applicable for CABAL PH.

Yes. I filed a ticket concerning a forgotten subpass.
Do I need to create an account, sign up or login so I can file a ticket?
No. You can file a ticket right away WITHOUT logging in or registering an account.
How will I know if the ticket has been filed successfully?
When you saw the confirmation message stating that the support team will contact you through the email you have provided, it means the ticket has been filed successfully.
How can I follow up my tickets?
Go to CABAL PH Forums and send a message to the Forum Moderator - indicating the email address you used in filing the ticket.
How long should we wait for a reply?
Response time will be different for every ticket/concern, especially with cases that needs to be investigated, or that requires documents/details that you need to submit to validate your identity (as the owner of the account).
If you send too many tickets with only one concern, the number of pending tickets for review will build up(increase), and will surely delay the response time more.
2] Do not use your game account email address
As much as possible, use a separate email address where the support personnel can contact you.
3] Do not post your email address publicly
Do NOT post it in forum topics or social media statuses.
4] Boost up your patience
Waiting time for ticket response might take up days, weeks or even months (well yeah) so check your emails regularly and try to follow up when it's taking too long.

Hi can you please help me? I have filed a ticket for over a month ago and playpark had me paid the bailout which I did but my ID is still blocked and they don't respond to my emails anymore nor with any new tickets I had filed. I am really frustrated. :(
ReplyDeleteusually, there are processing period after you bail out your character, and most of the time that's about 3 days. is your account still blocked after 3 days of bailing out? you can try to reach out CM Winter in the official community group to ask for ticket follow up. here's the group link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/Official.CabalPH.Community/
DeleteGood day! So right now I am encountering a problem whenever I log-in with my account. Upon reaching character selection, the client just force close itself. I don't know why. I tried logging with my other account and the client did not closed. The sudden client force close only happens whenever I log-in my Blader character with a +16 Craftsman SIGMetal blade. When I tried logging-in with my Force Blader character without the said weapon, the client runs just fine. Any suggestions/explanation/recommendations would be of great help.

DeleteNakaka-encounter ako ng error sa tuwing nag lolog-in ako sa BL ko na character. Pagdating ko sa character selection panel, mag autoclose ang client. Pero pag nilolog-in ko ang Force Blader ko, ok naman. Andun lahat sa BL and weapon at accesories ko at di ko makuha. May maitutulong po ba kayo? Salamat po.
ReplyDeleteBaka may sigmetal sa Blader mo. That usually causes the bug. Try mo mag-reinstall ng client.
DeleteGood day! Sir may naging solution na po ba sa problem nyong yan? Ganyan dn kc ung na eencounter ko ngayon. Pag naka equip ung +16 Craftsman SIGMetal Blade nag autoclose ang client/window.

ReplyDeletebaka pag peak hours pahirapan lang makalogin. kung lumalabas yung failed to connect error. wait mo lang for at least 2 minutes, wag mo iclick ung OK button.

ReplyDeleteHello po, My name is Guren and i have a problem regarding po sa new policy ng ibox. Play ID nadin gamit ko, na id blocked kasi ako, tama po ba na piliin ko ung Unblock ID/Unblock subpass sa chose problem? Nangyari po kasi 2 times na ako ng file ng ticket pero after 7days nka lagay "File Close" regarding sa requirements information at details ng mga items ko na specify ko din with some attachment of pics. Baka po meron kau idea sa nang yayari mam patulong nmn po, Almost 40K php worth of money nadin account ko kaya di ko po pwde disregard. Sana po matulungan nyo po ako, maraming salamat po in advance.
